99 Bikes Training Programs
The 99 Bikes team have put together beginner and intermediate programs to help get you to the Gold Coast on Sunday 9 October. Each program provides you with suggestions for what you can do each day in the lead up to the event, including some long rides, some short rides and some rest days in between.

Saturday Group Rides
You can also join the 99 Bikes team for preparation group rides in the lead up to the Wilson HTM Brisbane to the Gold Coast Cycle Challenge. Get yourself ready for the big event, and receive some expert tips and guidance from some of 99 Bikes most experienced riders.
Group Rides will be held each Saturday until 1 October 2011, meeting at Southbank (under the Wheel of Brisbane) at 6am. Please note this start time is subject to change so please check the website for updates.
The preparation rides are FREE but you must register your interest as numbers are limited. All levels are welcome - please advise when you register you interest as to what level you are; beginner (limited or no cycling fitness) or intermediate (some cycling ability and fitness), to ensure you are appropriately catered for on the morning.

Wednesday Rides
The 99 Bikes Milton team would like to invite all intermediate level road riders to come and join us on our weekly shop ride! We leave from the Milton store car park (409 Milton road, Auchenflower) at 6am every Wednesday. We ride either the River loop, approx 40km, or a Mt Coot-tha loop, and are open to changing this depending on who wants to come along with us. All riders need to remember to bring a drink, spare tubes, a pump and lights! We are experienced road riders and can help with technical and riding info along the way.
